Although I’m not a fan of protein shakes, I’ve been taking Sun Chlorella first thing every morning to supplement my diet. On days when I haven’t been able to eat well enough, I make myself a chlorella shake to drink again at night. It’s perfect to compensate for an unbalanced meal since chlorella has protein, Vitamin B12, folic acid and iron.
